Dawa was born on August,6,1976, in Gyama valley, It’s the same birthplace of Songtsan Gampo, the 33rd King of Tibet.
Dawa has learned his English abroad and worked in several different travel agencies in the past several years, at the same time he worked as a tour guide and traveled to many parts of Tibet. In 2011, he has registered his own Tibet Songtsan International company under the Tibet tourism bureau.
Dawa has also joined with Tibet Ecotourism Accreditation project with support from the Columbia university’s Modern Tibetan Studies Program. He is fun-loving and has the most hospitality for the guest.
